Bloom Veterinary Hospital Branding

The Goal:

Develop a comprehensive visual identity system, brand guidelines and marketing ecosystem for a new veterinary hospital within Blue River PetCare. Establishing the creative foundation that will support the brand across digital, print, environmental, and internal communications.

The Challenge:

Bloom Veterinary Hospital is the first clinic that Blue River PetCare developed from the ground up. The team wanted to create a brand and customer experience that is unlike any other veterinary hospital in the new-to-us market of Nashville, TN.

The Solution:

Bloom was created using comprehensive market research of the target audience and customer we wanted to attract. I led the design efforts from concept to launch with a complete brand identity including the logo suite, color palette, typography, illustration style, iconpgraphy, patterns and brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive visual language that could scale across every customer and employee touchpoint. From there, I translated the identity into a wide range of launch materials, including website graphics, social media campaigns, email marketing, direct mail, event materials, employee welcome kits, presentation templates, merchandise, and in-clinic collateral.

Throughout the project, I partnered cross-functionally to ensure the brand was both visually compelling and strategically aligned with business goals. Every asset was designed to build trust with pet owners and excitement from the hospital staff.

The Outcome:

The project demonstrated my ability to build and manage scalable brand systems, lead large cross-functional creative initiatives, and deliver thoughtful design solutions across multiple channels from initial strategy through execution.

The launch of the clinic was a huge success. Within the first month of opening the hospital had 173 new clients, 3,000 visitors to the website and an online conversion of 44%.
